For thirty years, the enterprise has governed multi-million dollar investments using the equivalent of a stethoscope. You take a project’s temperature with a weekly status report and listen for a heartbeat in a Steering Committee meeting.
But a stethoscope can only tell you if there is a fever after the patient is already sick. It cannot see the disease growing under the surface. At MAKCON, we don't take temperatures; we run an MRI.

The Forensic MRI is entirely non-intrusive. We don't interview your staff—that just creates more filtered noise. Instead, we perform a Digital Biopsy on the Digital Exhaust your team is already producing:
- Linguistic Streams: Raw audio waves from stand-ups and email threads to detect Linguistic Decay.
- Technical Streams: Jira logs and binary code commits to measure Physics-backed Velocity.
- Clinical Standard: The MRI doesn't care about the patient's optimism. If a tech lead tells the MRI they feel "Green," the MRI only reports the Physics.
[THE VERDICT]
An Architect doesn't ask the vendor how they feel; they show you the MRI of the vendor's actual performance. We find the tumor while it is still small enough to be removed without killing the project.
